Efeito de Diferentes Tratamentos Térmicos na Microestrutura e Propriedades Mecânicas de Ligas Al-Si Fundidas por Gravidade / Effect of Different Heat Treatments on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Al-Si Alloys Cast by Gravity

Abstract


As ligas de alumínio A356 e HS1H são utilizadas na produção de componentes de motocicletas no Estado do Amazonas no Brasil, sendo processadas por fundição, tratamentos térmicos. Devido à grande utilização de ligas de alumínio na indústria do Pólo Industrial de Manaus no Brasil, este trabalho propõe estudar o efeito dos tratamentos térmicos T6 e T4 na microestrutura e propriedades mecânicas das ligas A356 e H1SH. As ligas, foram fundidas por gravidade e tratadas termicamente, sendo a liga A356 tratada por T6 e a liga HS1H por T4 no ambiente industrial. Inicialmente, fez-se a análise química para comprovar a composição química das duas ligas. A composição química mostrou que a liga A356 contém 7,610%Si e a liga H1SH apresenta 5,275%Si. A microscopia óptica das amostras revelaram microestruturas dendríticas rica em alumínio e precipitados esferoidizados ricos em silício. A análise de imagem mostrou que a liga A356 apresentou 86,632% de fase (α-Al), enquanto a liga H1SH apresentou 90,840%. A análise de imagens também mostrou que a liga A356 apresentou precipitados maiores que os da liga H1SH. Pelo ensaio a tração, verificou-se que a liga HS1H apresentou valores de resistência à tração superiores, entretanto, o limite de escoamento e o alongamento da liga A356 foram maiores. A microdureza Víckers demonstrou que a liga HS1H mostrou dureza maior em relação a liga A356.
