Doença Celíaca x Sensibilidade ao Glúten Não-Celíaca: Sintomas, Diagnóstico e Tratamento / Celiac Disease x Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity: Symptoms, Diagnosis and Treatment

Abstract


Objetivo: Realizar uma revisão sistemática com enfoque nas principais diferenças entre a Doença Celíaca (DC) e a Sensibilidade ao Glúten Não-Celíaca (SNG), frente às manifestações clínicas, diagnóstico e condutas terapêuticas. Métodos: Os artigos foram selecionados utilizando a base eletrônica PubMed e publicados entre os anos 2016 e 2021, utilizando os descritores cruzados “Celiac Disease” AND “Diagnosis” AND “Treatment”. Resultados: Foram encontrados 236 artigos, dos quais 24 foram selecionados para compor essa revisão. Os estudos demonstram algumas semelhanças entre as doenças, como sintomatologia e tratamento, e a existência pontuada de escassez no diagnóstico das mesmas. Conclusão: Infere-se que apensar das dificuldades ainda encontradas, houve um aumento nos diagnósticos relacionado às doenças associadas ao glúten, e que devido a isso, é necessário maior conhecimento dos profissionais para detectar e tratar adequadamente as doenças.
