Abstract


O crescimento econômico das cidades significa o aumento do crescimento do tráfego (de carga), do risco de congestionamento e da diminuição da qualidade do ar, sendo assim, são necessárias soluções para melhorar a qualidade de vida e a acessibilidade nas cidades. As tecnologias limpas, a logística inteligente e a regulamentação clara para a mobilidade urbana são ideias essenciais para que ocorra a melhoria da qualidade da distribuição de bens e pessoas na cidade. Nos últimos 20 anos a City Logistics (Logística Urbana) tornou-se um tema fundamental para o entendimento dos fluxos logísticos nas áreas urbanas, desta forma a otimização por métodos quantitativos prevalece na literatura. O objetivo deste estudo é levantar quais são os agentes, as tecnologias e as práticas da City Logistics nos últimos cinco anos. O método utilizado é uma revisão da literatura, trazendo as discussões do estado da arte sobre a City Logistics ligado a temas como: as tecnologias inteligentes, as tecnologias autonômas, as tecnologias sustentáveis e o compartilhamento dos serviços logísticos entre operadores logísticos.
