Abstract

O presente artigo apresenta os resultados de um estudo bibliométrico referente a produção científica sobre modelo organizacional no contexto das empresas familiares, no período de 2015 a 2020, na base de dados da Scopus. Para tanto foi realizada uma pesquisa aplicada, de caráter descritivo e abordagem quantitativa, utilizando como método de pesquisa a bibliometria. Os dados foram coletados em base secundária de dados e analisados utilizando-se as ferramentas de estatística descritiva: frequência percentual e média. Os resultados mostraram que as pesquisas sobre modelo organizacional no contexto das empresas familiares vêm evoluindo no período analisado, sendo a produção científica pulverizada quanto a autores ou revistas científicas.
