Abstract

Este estudo apresenta os resultados de uma avaliação integrada dos fatores de risco existentes na região da Subprefeitura de Itaquera (Município de São Paulo) e de suas repercussões conjuntas sobre a epidemia de COVID-19. Procurou-se construir uma visão holística da situação, identificando os diversos fatores de risco atuantes a partir de dados de várias origens: administrativos, epidemiológicos, demográficos, de trabalho, de habitação, de mobilidade transporte e sobre serviços de saúde. O estudo mostrou a importância dos fatores socioeconômicos e urbanos na epidemia do novo coronavírus. Ao final do estudo, procurou-se apontar as possíveis intervenções para prevenir futuras vulnerabilidades a novas epidemias.
