Abstract

A segurança do paciente e as questões associadas à essa temática refletem uma preocupação mundial acerca do cuidado, tanto em ambiente hospitalar, quanto em ambiente pré-hospitalar. Ainda que haja programas específicos para avaliar a qualidade do atendimento e a segurança do paciente, se faz necessário um estudo que aborde as práticas realizadas no atendimento pré-hospitalar, com o intuito de verificar a relação destas com a efetivação da segurança do paciente. Diante desse cenário, o estudo teve como objetivo: Investigar, na literatura mais recente, a efetivação da segurança do paciente no atendimento pré-hospitalar. revisão de literatura do tipo integrativa. Os textos utilizados foram coletados em banco de dados de biblioteca científica: LILACS, PUBmed e Scielo. Os descritores utilizados foram: Segurança do paciente; Atendimento Pré-hospitalar e Emergência. A busca resultou no achado de 87 artigos, destes 16 atendiam os critérios de inclusão e exclusão. A pesquisa teve como resultado: Observamos uma preocupação com o papel do Enfermeiro nesse APH. Além disso, há uma preocupação em conhecer e analisar os desafios e dificuldades relacionadas ao atendimento pré-hospitalar e um interesse em conhecer estratégias eficazes na efetivação da segurança do paciente. Conclui-se que é necessário buscar um esforço coletivo, tanto dos profissionais envolvidos, quanto dos gestores dos serviços de emergência no sentido de reunir ferramentas eficientes na efetivação dessa segurança, além de reduzir dificuldades e desafios encontrados. Tal esforço resultará em uma diminuição dos eventos adversos no APH, contribuindo para a efetivação da segurança do paciente nesse cenário.
