Abstract


Neste trabalho, o bio-óleo obtido via pirólise das sementes de açaí (Euterpe oleracea Mart.) a 450ºC, 1,0 atmosfera, em um reator de 143 L, operando em batelada, foi destilado em uma coluna (coluna Vigreux), em escala de laboratório, de acordo com a faixa de temperatura de ebulição dos combustíveis fósseis (gasolina, querosene leve e querosene). As frações de destilação submetidas a análises físico-químicas em termos de densidade, viscosidade cinemática, índice de acidez e índice de refração. A composição química das frações destiladas fo determinadas via GC-MS. A destilação do bio-óleo produziu gasolina, querosene leve e frações de combustível semelhantes a querosene com rendimentos de 16,16, 19,56 e 41,89% (peso), respectivamente. As densidades da gasolina, querosene leve e frações de combustível semelhantes a querosene foram 0,9146, 0,9191 e 0,9816 g/cm3, respectivamente, enquanto as viscosidades cinemáticas foram 1,457, 3,106 e 4,040 mm²/s, respectivamente, com índices de acidez de 14,94, 61,08 e 64,78 mg KOH/g, aumentando com a temperatura de ebulição. A análise de GC-MS identificou na gasolina, querosene leve e frações de combustível semelhantes a querosene 64,00%, 66,67% e 19,87% (em peso) de hidrocarbonetos.
