Efeitos dos exercícios físicos em crianças e adolescentes / Effects of physical exercises on children and adolescents

Abstract


Há estudos que evidenciam os benefícios para a saúde do exercício físico em crianças, jovens e adultos, no entanto, existem algumas dúvidas no tipo de treinamento específico aos públicos jovens, tanto no contexto estético como prevenção de patologias. Este estudo objetivou revisar os benefícios dos exercícios físicos aeróbico e resistido em crianças e adolescentes. Foram pesquisados artigos científicos randomizados nas seguintes plataformas de pesquisas: Central, MedLine, PubMed, Lilacs, as pesquisas foram realizadas no mês de novembro de 2019. Conclui-se que cada tipo de exercício tem os benefícios em particular, o exercício aeróbico melhora as condições físicas respiratória e o nível de VO2 máx., inferindo diretamente no sistema cardiopulmonar, por outro lado, o exercício resistido beneficia no aumento de massa muscular, diminuição do tecido adiposo, ganho de força muscular. Porém, os dois tipos de exercícios podem ser aplicados ao público pesquisado, desde que aplicado sobre o acompanhamento de profissionais.
