Efeitos do treinamento resistido na composição corporal: Revisão / Effects of resistant training on body composition: Review

Abstract


De acordo com a Organização Mundial de Saúde, os índices de pessoas obesas aumentaram, gerando risco para a saúde pública no Brasil e no mundo. Objetivou-se revisar e descrever os efeitos do treinamento resistido na composição corporal de diferentes públicos e idades. Para este estudo, utilizou-se a revisão bibliográfica, pesquisa nas seguintes plataformas: PubMed / MEDLINE, Web of Science, google acadêmico. Baseando em estudo recentes e publicados a partir de 2006. Os resultados demonstraram que o treinamento resistido pode ser um aliado ao tratamento da obesidade e outras patologias que estejam associadas. O protocolo de treinamento resistidos influenciam nos resultados corporais bem como a dedicado dos praticantes.
