Fatores de risco cardiovascular influenciam a qualidade de vida e sintomas de depressão/ Cardiovascular risk factors influence quality of life and symptoms of depression
Abstract
Foi objetivo deste estudo associar o estado de depressão e os domínios de qualidade de vida com os fatores de risco cardiovascular em servidores da Secretaria de Saúde de Goiânia. 30 voluntários participaram do estudo (40-60 anos), de ambos os sexos, e sedentários. Foram realizadas avaliações antropométricas, pressões sistólica e diastólica, glicemia e perfil lipídico em jejum. Os sintomas de depressão foram avaliados pelo Inventário de Depressão de Beck (BDI). A avaliação da qualidade de vida foi feita pelo questionário SF-36 (Short-Form Health Survey). A normalidade dos dados foi avaliada pelo teste Shapiro-Willk. Foi realizada correlação bivariada de Pearson e Spearman. Todos os testes estatísticos realizados foram bilaterais e foi considerado o nível de significância de p≤0,05. Escores de aspectos físicos e sociais são menores e com diferença estatística (p<0,05) em pessoas com sintomas de depressão. Foi observado que os valores de Pressão Arterial Sistólica (PAS) (p= 0,003), Pressão Arterial Diastólica (PAD) (p= 0,028), Glicemia (p= 0,013) e Triglicerídeos (p = 0,009) são significativamente maiores no grupo com a circunferência da cintura (CC) elevada, enquanto o HDL (p= 0,006) e a limitação por aspectos físicos (p= 0,019) foram menores nesse grupo. A presença de fatores de risco cardiovasculares influenciou negativamente a depressão e qualidade de vida desses servidores.
