Influência do estresse no desenvolvimento da psoríase / Influence of stress on the development of psoriasis

Abstract


A psoríase é uma doença com padrão imunológico misto, em que envolve um conjunto de interações complexas entre o sistema imunológico, fatores ambientais e genéticos, sendo o estresse psicológico o fator precipitante mais expressivo no desencadeamento de crises da doença. Ela manifesta-se através de processos inflamatórios na forma de dermatose crônica, contudo, não se limita a pele, pois estes passam a ser responsáveis pelo surgimento de comorbidades. Com o intuito de fomentar a discussão, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura  a partir da coleta de artigos científicos nas bases de dados do PubMed, Scielo e LILACS. Assim, o estudo tem como objetivo correlacionar os aspectos imunológicos e ambientais envolvidos na crise psoriática.
