Abstract


Introdução: O Infarto do miocárdio associado a artérias coronárias normais – MINOCA (Sigla em inglês) se refere a uma doença da microcirculação coronariana que pode acometer cerca de 6% da população, sendo que a mortalidade em 12 meses de pacientes com MINOCA é carca de 4,7%. Apesar da possibilidade do bom prognóstico dessa condição na maioria dos casos, este pode variar de acordo com o mecanismo subjacente. Objetivo: Compreender, através de revisão da literatura, os novos métodos/diretrizes para pré-diagnótico de Infarto do miocárdio associado a artérias coronárias normais (MINOCA). Método: Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura, utilizando como base de dados para busca de artigos as plataformas on-line New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), The Lancet, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Foram adotados os seguintes critérios para seleção dos artigos: todas as categorias de artigos com resumos e textos completos disponíveis para análise; publicados nos idiomas português e inglês; entre o período de 2015 a 2020 e; artigos que continham em seus títulos e/ou resumos as palavras-chave minhocas, infarto, supra de ST e obstrução coronariana. Resultados: Foram incluídos 38 artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão, procedeu-se a leitura minuciosa de cada artigo, destacando aqueles que responderam ao objetivo proposto por este estudo. Conclusão: O MINOCA deve ser considerado como um diagnóstico funcional com múltiplas causas potenciais e que requerem avaliação minuciosa para que se possa diagnosticar previamente essa síndrome.
