Qualidade de vida de pessoas submetidas à cirurgia de revascularização do miocárdio: uma revisão integrativa / Quality of life of people undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting: an integrative review

Abstract


Identificar as evidências na literatura científica contemporânea referentes a Qualidade de Vida de pessoas submetidas a Cirurgia de Revascularização do Miocárdio. Método: Revisão Integrativa, por busca nas bases de dados PubMed / MEDLINE, SCOPUS, LILACS e SCIELO, no período de 2013 a 2018. Resultados: A amostra constituiu-se de 43 artigos. Os artigos foram classificados em três categorias: fatores de risco relacionados à doença da artéria coronária; escalas utilizadas para avaliação da qualidade de vida relacionada à saúde; e qualidade de vida de pessoas submetidas à cirurgia de revascularização do miocárdio. Conclusão: Nesta revisão constatou-se que a escala de avaliação da qualidade de vida em pessoas submetidas à cirurgia de revascularização do miocárdio mais utilizada foi a escala genérica SF-36, que o interesse pela temática é multidimensional e multiprofissional. A cirurgia de revascularização do miocárdio apresenta impacto positivo na qualidade de vida.
