Síndrome da Vasoconstricção Cerebral Reversível: Relato de caso / Reversible Cerebral Vasoconstriction Syndrome: Case Report

A Si?ndrome de Vasoconstric?a?o Cerebral Reversi?vel (SVCR) e? um diagno?stico diferencial importante em pacientes que apresentam dor de cabec?a em trovoada (thunderclap). Sua caracteri?stica principal e? a vasoconstric?a?o dos vasos intracranianos, um processo dina?mico cujo curso clínico tem durac?a?o me?dia de duas semanas, mas varia em sua apresentac?a?o e sintomatologia ao longo da doenc?a e geralmente se resolve tem resoluc?a?o em torno de tre?s meses. O correto diagno?stico ainda e? um desafio e a literatura carece de casos para compreensa?o dos mecanismos envolvidos na fisiopatologia desta si?ndrome. Assim o objetivo deste trabalho e? descrever um relato de caso de um paciente do ge?nero feminino com 53 anos de idade, cuja admissa?o foi baseada na sintomatologia cla?ssica. Os aspectos relacionados ao manejo e conduc?a?o do caso sa?o descritos e pormenorizados, evidenciando as etapas de diagno?stico e evoluc?a?o. Ainda neste trabalho realizou-se uma revisa?o dos trabalhos sobre a SVCR.
